InsiderAct provides real-time tracking and analysis of insider trading filings. The Service aggregates publicly available data from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and presents it in an accessible format.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Paid tiers: Extended historical data and advanced features
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

4.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through RevenueCat and third-party payment providers
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial periods

5. Use of Data

5.1 Data Source

  • All insider trading data is sourced from publicly available SEC EDGAR filings
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data
  • Data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

5.3 Data Usage Restrictions

You may not:

10. Disclaimers
